Three months ago, I had a bone graft to repair a non-union clavicle fracture. Although it is healing, the process is slow, and there are 'white spots' in the x-ray, with the union line still visible. Additionally, I have developed a significant skin eruption at the end of the scar on my shoulder, which the doctor believes is a metal allergy, and the plate will need to be removed in a year. How can I make the healing happen faster, and can I do something to minimize the metal reaction?

I usually wake 4 to 5 times a night to urinate, but the last couple of days I have been urinating 12-15 times a night and unable to sleep. My urine is also foaming in the toilet. I am a 34-year-old male and I use cocaine and alcohol recreationally about once a week each. I work out 5 times a week, including 50 minutes of cardio and 3 times of week lifting weights. I feel I am in good health besides this issue, but the frequent urination is becoming a problem.
