I am having dandruff issues that are itchy, flaky, and causing hair loss. I have tried various shampoos, including Ketoconazole, and home remedies like tea tree oil, but nothing seems to help. The itchiness is particularly severe around the crown area and sometimes spreads to the ears and eyebrows. I am also experiencing acne on my face where hair touches the skin. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms and find a lasting solution?

I’m taking a Z pack for a sinus infection and I’m on the last dose this evening. Within hours of taking the first two tablet doses, I had a cold sore on my top lip and now using only topical acyclovir, I know I have another one on my bottom lip opposite side. Is it common to get cold sores when taking a Z pack? I do not get them very often anymore. I do have valaciclovir I can take if it will help.

I have been experiencing severe pain on my right side due to trapped gas, which has caused nausea, vomiting, and fever. The pain has occurred three times in the past week.
