For the last 2 years, I have had a 'weak voice' intermittently, cough up phlegm, and have a 'frog in my throat.' I have the left side of my body bigger and taller than the right side, causing pain in the right foot, knee, and back, and imbalance. The difference in leg length is 1.5 cm, and in arm length is 3.3 cm. The treatment given so far, such as putting a lift in my shoe, has not been effective.
