I have been experiencing a light, constant pressure headache on the left side of my head for a few months. The pain is dull and localized to the same spot every time. I have a scar and a permanent bump on my skull from a childhood injury where I hit my head on the edge of a swimming pool. I am a 22-year-old male with no recent treatments or investigations due to lack of insurance. What could be causing these headaches and what steps can I take to address them?

I am 33 years old and recently had a CT scan showing an enlarged ascending aorta of 4.2 cm. I also have a slow heart rate and bounding heartbeats, especially at night, which started recently. I have been working out (lifting weights) for 3 years and taking protein shakes. Could these factors be related to my enlarged aorta and heartbeats?
