I need to sleep during difficult times in life. What can I do to improve my sleep?

Since November, I have been experiencing abdominal pains, loss of bowel control, and pain primarily on my lower right side. Now, I cannot control my bowel movements, only having small eliminations, and it feels like more wants to come out after evacuating. I am 90 years old, had my appendix removed at 16, and had diarrhea that was cured by acidophilus. I never needed laxatives, but my lower stomach seems large, and I have a lot of pain and lost my appetite. What could be the cause of these symptoms?

I had a very heavy period last month and almost fainted on the second day of it and had to spend the day in bed. I seem to feel more and more ill a week before my periods and they are heavier than before. Is this normal? I also have a pain in my right hand side low down above my pubic area, it could be my caesarian scar playing up again but with the other symptoms it has started to worry me.

About a month ago, I noticed a tiny spot on my leg, which has now turned into a brown spot about the size of a dime. I now have ten similar spots on my right leg, and today I noticed another tiny spot. They are all on my right leg and nowhere else. What could these spots be?
