I have chronic migraines and currently have a severe 10/10 migraine that I cannot manage with any medication, including Tylenol, ibuprofen, Benedryl, oxycodone, or Valium. I have a history of prolonged QT, AFib, lupus SLE, lesions in the brain, and dementia. I'm allergic to triptans and other medications due to my medical conditions. What can I do for this severe migraine, and can you help me with an acute dose of medication?

I'm having pain on my left lower abdomen close to my groin area, but it doesn't hurt when I press on it. I'm a female with no past gynecological issues, but I have had two D&C procedures and a c-section in 2013. I work in home health and recently lifted a patient, wondering if this could be related to the pain. The pain is not present when I press down hard on the area, and it doesn't radiate to the back. Could this be related to ligaments in the groin area?

I am currently 6 days 4 weeks pregnant with a beta hCG level of 45,000. My ultrasound showed a fetal pole and heartbeat, but my progesterone level has dropped from 51 to 31 despite taking 400mg vaginal suppositories twice a day and 200mg oral progesterone once a day. I have PCOS and was on metformin before pregnancy. Could metformin be causing the drop in progesterone? Should I increase the suppositories to 400mg vaginally three times a day or start injections? Could this drop indicate an impending miscarriage?

I am lactose intolerant but I am using Florestor probiotic (2 pills). Why do I still get bloating when I eat yogurt despite using the pills? Also, is there any possibility that I would be able to eat dairy products at 28 years old?
