I slipped on ice and fell on my left back side, hitting my torso, hip, and upper buttocks. Later, I noticed pain under my breast at the top middle part of my rib cage. The pain is more intense when sitting and is accompanied by difficulty breathing and a stomach ache. I might also be constipated and experiencing foul-smelling gas. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I just noticed about a month ago extra weight in my belly and my sides. I just turned 50. I poke my stomach and it stays in. I can't deal with this extra weight and where it came from. I have no symptoms. I am taking ibuprofen daily for chronic pain in my neck and arthritis in my knees. I have restrictions on exercise now. Would ibuprofen cause extra weight?
