My 4-year-old child has had a fever of 103.2°F, which broke after giving her Tylenol, but she vomited shortly after and complained of neck pain. She had a low-grade fever (101.3°F) a couple of days ago with pink eye, for which she has been on antibiotics. She has been coughing occasionally and had a good breathing pattern without any pre-existing respiratory conditions. What should I do to manage her symptoms and when should I be concerned about her fever?

I haven't received treatment for my health issues in about 3 years, during which I experienced mental distress such as depression and anxiety, leading to a decline in my overall health and dental issues like cracked teeth and cavities. I've recently started taking better care of my health but have lost my job and had no income to seek professional help. My teeth have become more sensitive, and I experienced discomfort after eating something acidic. What can I do to manage my symptoms until I can get proper treatment?

I have been experiencing flu-like symptoms and an ear infection for the past 3-4 days. Symptoms include a chesty cough, runny nose, green phlegm, and ear infection. I have been taking cold and flu tablets but they are not helping. I would like a prescription for antibiotics as the infection has worsened.

Hi, I recently got an eye drop prescription for conjunctivitis. I used it faithfully for almost 2 weeks, but my eye still looks red and burns a bit. I had this happen once before and was put on a stronger drop, which worked. Can I get a stronger drop?

Should I be concerned if my poop is grey, and I have been experiencing loose stools, vomiting, dark urine, heartburn, and unusual abdominal cramps?

Eleven days ago, I had fever, diarrhea, and cramps. After 4 days, everything stopped except for the cramping and diarrhea, which have continued every day for 11 days now. The cramping comes and goes, is constant and steady, not all day but mostly in the middle of the night, and is accompanied by watery, oily diarrhea. I am 42 years old and have been using menstrual cramp medications and Imodium. I am terrified to eat. What could be causing this and what should I do?
