I've had a cold for the last week, starting with an irritated throat that worsened when lying down, followed by a runny nose, sinus pressure, and nausea. I've been coughing up yellow mucus since Friday, which now has a sour taste. I've also had fevers ranging from 99.4-101.2. I'm an asthmatic and not sure if that's related. What is going on with me, and what is this sour taste when I cough up mucus?

For a little over three days, my right upper eyelid has been twitching on and off. I feel like it should have stopped by now so wondering if I should be concerned. I feel I’m getting adequate sleep and keeping my stress down. I do have mild Rosacea on my cheeks and I’ve heard it can affect the eyes but it’s only one eye. What should I do to make it stop?
