My 4-year-old daughter had a dairy intolerance after vomiting due to moldy blueberries 2 years ago. Now, she has the same sickness again, starting with the flu and now vomiting only after laying down. She has no belly pain, normal urinary frequency, and is active and hungry during the day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've had a cold for the last week, starting with an irritated throat that worsened when lying down, followed by a runny nose, sinus pressure, and nausea. I've been coughing up yellow mucus since Friday, which now has a sour taste. I've also had fevers ranging from 99.4-101.2. I'm an asthmatic and not sure if that's related. What is going on with me, and what is this sour taste when I cough up mucus?

For a little over three days, my right upper eyelid has been twitching on and off. I feel like it should have stopped by now so wondering if I should be concerned. I feel I’m getting adequate sleep and keeping my stress down. I do have mild Rosacea on my cheeks and I’ve heard it can affect the eyes but it’s only one eye. What should I do to make it stop? It isn’t closing when it spasms and it’s hard to see the twitch but it’s very annoying.

I have problems with dry mouth, difficulty speaking, and swallowing, especially with hard foods like nuts and seeds, which often cause choking sensations. I've been using anti-depression and anti-anxiety medication for years and noticed these issues after using haloperidol two years ago. I've already seen a gastroenterologist who found no issues with my esophagus. Which doctor should I visit next and what medications or treatments should I consider?
