My 47-year-old husband had a TUMT procedure over two weeks ago. He was given anesthesia and doesn't remember the procedure. Should he have been awake enough to answer questions about his feelings during the procedure? What type of room should this be done in? He now has an overactive bladder and is on Vericare. He had many tests but not a cystourethroscopy. Should it have been done? He is also on Zestril for high blood pressure and Rapidflo. The procedure was done in a small exam room and he was tied to the table due to his size. Should the CMG have been done before the TUMT? Should the patient be able to inform the doctor about the heat from the microwave during the procedure?

I am experiencing tingling in my left arm and slight stiffness in my left shoulder. I had a disc bulge a few years back from a fall, and I've walked into a door or wall on a few occasions. My knees sometimes hurt, and they were swollen twice. Are there any specific conditions or tests I should be aware of?
