I just finished a 10-day round of amoxicillin clav on March 26. Most of the pain is gone, but I sometimes feel pain in the lower left side during bowel movements. I was constipated and had to manually remove stool, then passed constipated stool normally afterward. I'm taking 2 colaces a day and drinking a lot of water. Can I develop IBS from an attack, and how would I know when to call my doctor? I also had diverticulitis last month, which is why I took the antibiotics. Could this be related to diverticulitis, and what symptoms should I watch for if it is?

My 3-year-old is itching her body and has a rash that started last night. The itchiness occurs intermittently, and there are no other visible skin changes besides the rash. She has no known allergies and the rash appeared after her bath. She has been eating less, consuming water, had a runny nose before the rash, and complained about her throat. I gave her Advil. I have been experiencing loose diarrhea since Monday while in the Dominican Republic, which became bloody last night. I also woke up with a low-grade fever. The diarrhea was intermittent until last night, and Imodium provides relief. I feel slightly nauseous, my appetite is lower than normal, and I have slight bloating. I have been using Imodium for two days and I am 29 years old. Are there any other symptoms I should be aware of, and what could be causing this?
