My 6-year-old son has had a sore throat, low-grade fever since Thursday, tested negative for strep throat, and today he mentioned blood in his stool and vomited blood. He is very tired, pale, has no appetite, and his white blood count is 5.5. Should we be concerned?

My wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or frontal lobe dementia and is currently taking Namenda, Aricept, 20 mg of Paxil daily, and Xanax or Ativan for anxiety. The anxiety is still prevalent. What medications work well together, and what can be eliminated or added to ease her anxiety?

I have been experiencing difficulty breathing for the past 4 weeks, despite negative COVID tests and normal X-ray results. I do not have a cough, my fever is normal, and I have shortness of breath. I am a 19-year-old female living in El Escorial, Madrid, with no COVID cases in my area. I have had an asthma test, but no spirometry test. What could be causing my breathing problems?
