I have an area of hair loss on my scalp which I have been told is Alopecia Areata. However, there is no bare or smooth patch; the area is covered in stubble with an expanding area of very short hairs around it. It's as if the hair is either breaking or only growing through and then stopping. Is this Alopecia or may it be something else? Whatever it is, it's very distressing.

I have been experiencing gas with slight bowel leakage since early yesterday. I do not have a fever and am sensitive to foods known to cause gas. I am concerned if this is related to food allergies, a precursor to a serious disease, or a form of stomach flu. Additionally, I am unable to leave my home due to the odor associated with the condition. What other conditions could these signs indicate?

My boyfriend mentioned that he could feel something abnormal inside my genital area, but I don't feel any pain when he touches it. He also mentioned that two of his previous girlfriends had similar issues. Recently, he experienced a sore throat after performing oral sex on me. He suggested that I might be dirty and need a check-up. I haven't felt any discomfort, itching, smell, discharge, or pain in my genital area. Do I really need to see a doctor?
