I am taking 150mg sertraline, 25mg adderax, 50mg trazadone, and 1mg catapress. I took my first dose of adderax at around 8 am and another around 3 pm. When can I take my next dose of adderax, and when should I take my bedtime medications (trazadone and clonodine)? Can I take melatonin while on these medications, and how often should I take adderax if not specified?

My foot swelled up after wearing new boots for two days, with hives appearing on the first day and swelling on both feet after working on concrete. My toes turned purple, and I suspect an allergic reaction to chemicals in the boots. What should I do to reduce the swelling, and should I get it checked immediately?

My husband experienced a painful 'bend' during intercourse a few weeks ago, and the pain has remained stable but dull since then. He can still have erections but struggles to maintain them, and there is slight swelling with no obvious break or discoloration.
