I would like to purchase Ivermectin in the appropriate dosage by weight for a 74-year-old man who weighs 189 lbs, to be applied to a COVID-19 diagnosis. I have used Ivermectin before for Malaria prophylaxis in 2002. I am also concerned about my wife, who is 77 years old and has COPD, high blood pressure, and atrial fibrillation. We both have refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine and are looking for alternative treatments. How widespread is COVID-19 in the New York area, and what is the recommended dosage of Ivermectin for my weight?

I have a tingling pin-prick feeling all over my body. It started this afternoon in my right foot and now it feels like my skin is crawling. I take 40mg of sotalol once a day and am currently on amoxicillin after a root canal. I am 50 years old and do not have any other symptoms like dizziness, muscle spasms, vision issues, face or limb weakness, slurring of speech, imbalance, or inability to walk. Could this be caused by a pinched nerve or dry skin?

Can you interpret these results? Specifically, I have an ECG strip with normal sinus rhythm, occasional PACs, and one strip showing sinus bradycardia. I also have a history of symptoms like low heart rate, head zaps, chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, sudden uneasy feelings, vibrating in the chest, and heart thud. Additionally, I had a previous holter monitor showing 34 SVT runs, and the latest one showed only two. I am concerned about the potential need for medication, the accuracy of holter monitor analysis, and the safety of taking PPIs or Pepcid with my existing bradycardia. Can you provide an interpretation and advice on these matters?

I have a friend who is a perpetual liar and constantly tries to outdo or match my experiences, even when she previously denied them. Is there a mental disorder that makes her this way, and what medications could help her? Additionally, what's wrong with me that I can't tolerate her behavior, given that I have bipolar mixed disorder with PTSD and major depression, and how should I handle this situation?
