My blood pressure is 155/86 and I've been experiencing pressure and headaches for a few days. I'm turning 51 tomorrow and I don't have any known medical history that might be relevant. I don't have extra money for medication and I'm not currently taking any prescribed blood pressure medication, only aspirin. What should I do about my elevated blood pressure and headaches?

I've been dealing with a severe gout flare-up for about a week, starting in my knee and now affecting the arch of my right foot, leaving me bedridden. I've been taking Advil, but it hasn't been very effective, so I switched to colchicine for the past two days, but progress seems minimal. Is there anything else I can do to reduce the swelling so I can walk again?
