I've been sick all week with sinus issues, like a cold or flu, and decided to take mucus relief. After taking it, I started to break out in hives. The bottle warns of possible allergic skin reactions, so I'm hesitant to continue. Should I seek medical help for the rash and hives?

I’ve had watery, mucous-like liquid diarrhea for 2 days, with around 12 bowel movements per day at least. It smells sweet and is yellow-brown in color. Eating small amounts causes burping, and I have bad cramps all day. Should I get antibiotics? If it’s giardia, would antibiotics still help? How to tell if it’s giardia or e-coli traveler's gastro, etc.? Azithromycin 1000mg seems to be the suggested one. I’m on a remote island in Fiji, 4.5 hours away from the mainland.

Can you please explain the results of my mother's biopsy? She is 62 years old and the results show she has liver cirrhosis and inflammation. Can this disqualify her for a liver transplant, and does this mean she always had autoimmune hepatitis, which could be the cause of her cirrhosis in the liver?

My resting tremor started four months ago in my left hand and has gotten better as long as I take my Adderall. Should I be worried that it is Parkinson’s? The tremor comes back when the Adderall wears off. I am 51, not overweight, and have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and long-haul COVID-19. The tremor is something I have had two or three times before and it usually lasted a week or so and spontaneously disappeared. My kids can even see it when my hand is resting. The tremor also seems to get worse if I am under stress or fatigued more than usual. Do you think the Adderall could be raising my dopamine levels enough to help it at this point?
