I have been experiencing stomach issues since May, including vomiting, abdominal pain, ribcage discomfort, bladder issues, nausea, yellow stool, bone and muscle pain, and occasional loss of consciousness with symptoms like uncontrollable shaking, dry mouth, tingling face, lips, hands, and numb tongue. My blood sugar levels have been fluctuating, and I have joint pain. Doctors have tested for parasites and anemia, but the results were negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?

The past two times I went to the bathroom, my stool was mushy with a small black section. I took Pepto-Bismol two days ago. If I had bleeding from an ulcer or colon cancer, would the whole stool be black, or would it be a little black section mixed in? I'm 34 years old and have been getting occasional cramps for the past week. I visited a doctor who felt my stomach and said everything was okay.
