My boyfriend has had COVID for a week now, he’s been coughing up phlegm, and said there was a little blood in it. Should we be worried? He has a constant cough throughout the day, a little chest tightness, and had a fever that broke but might be returning. He’s 39 and using Mucinex, liquid form, vitamin C, and drinking lots of water.

I just donated plasma and suspect that the needle made a second puncture in my vein, causing some cells to be pumped into the tissues outside of the vein. My arm is stiff, has slight pain, and lots of pressure. Should I seek medical attention or will this clear up on its own? Are there any potential complications? What should I do for treatment?
