My brother has been diagnosed with tuberculosis, and one lung is gone, while the other is filled with water. They removed the water from his right lung, but now his stomach is filled with water. The doctor wants to perform a colonoscopy, even though they mentioned that cancer has spread to his stomach. Why is a colonoscopy necessary in this situation?

I have symptoms similar to pregnancy, including sore nipples that turn purple, sore heavy breasts, bloating, headaches, fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, slight cramping, and occasional spotting, but my home pregnancy tests are negative. My husband was away for four months and we started trying for a baby when he returned. Could I still be pregnant, and what should I do next?

I found a lump in my groin area about 3 months ago, which hasn't gone away and doesn't hurt unless I'm showering. My doctor wants to run more labs, including an HIV test, before considering a biopsy, due to my Lynch syndrome diagnosis. I am a high-risk patient for cancer due to family history, and my tailbone has been hurting. Could the tailbone pain be related to the swollen lymph node, and should I consider a CAT scan for possible lymphoma?

I ate two ounces of meat an hour ago and I am unable to digest it or pass it. I feel as if my lungs are expanding in a horrible way. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I'm 50 years old and have been working out for years. I've noticed a 2-inch wide, 4-inch long bulge that pops out of my abdomen when I do sit-ups, located right above my belly button. It doesn't hurt and goes away when I stand or lay back. I had a hernia in my belly button 8 years ago, which was repaired with mesh. Could this new bulge be related, and what could it be?
