My brother-in-law has a large polypoidal mass in the inguinal region. How complex is this situation and is it curable? He is 41 years old, has had the mass for 6 months, is not on any medications, and has no known allergies or serious medical history.

I sprained my ankle on Monday and now it's black and blue from the back of my ankle to my toes. Should I go to the emergency room? Do you think it's a fracture or broken?

My 5-year-old daughter jumped off her bed onto her toy box, causing the toy box to go between her legs. She was holding herself and crying, and I saw blood. I cleaned it with a towel, and it's no longer bleeding. She's no longer crying and is now sleeping. Do I need to take her to the ER?

I was bitten by a bug today. When I hit it, blood came out of it. Now, the area looks pretty swollen and red. Is this normal swelling and redness, and what should I do about it?

I have had diarrhea for the past 5 days, which has improved but is still persistent. It started with a sore throat and a runny nostril, but no more sore throat. I have been testing for Covid every day, all negative. I have isolated myself, taking electrolytes and eating bland food, but I threw up when I didn't. I had a similar issue in 1995 that went away on its own, so I was hoping this would too. What should I do?

I had sex for the first time without a condom and now my penis skin hasn't returned to its normal position for over 24 hours, causing pain at the tip. What should I do?
