My brother is a 53-year-old type II diabetic with peripheral and proximal neuropathy, who is a functional alcoholic. His blood sugars are usually within the acceptable range of 120 to 150, but he has been feeling increasingly ill with symptoms like gastrointestinal complications, weakness, sluggishness, difficulty sleeping, and today he awoke with a greatly bloodshot eye and severe headache. What could be causing these symptoms?

I had a tummy tuck about seven weeks ago and am healing well. However, tonight my upper chest feels tighter than normal, I have a heavy feeling in my throat, and I need to urinate every thirty minutes despite drinking only about 4 glasses of water today. Could this be a urinary tract infection or something else?

I had a dream about a doctor telling me I have diphtheria. I am 24 and have never heard of this before. For the past 4 days, my throat has been sore, it hurts to swallow food, and there is a knot on the left side of my neck. I looked up diphtheria online and think it might be related to my lymph node. What should I do?
