I have been experiencing arm pain, specifically in the elbow areas on both arms, which sometimes radiates to the forearms. The pain started in July, went away, and then returned recently. I have neck stiffness due to stress and anxiety, and I recently discovered a vitamin D deficiency. The pain seems to flare up when my anxiety is high and comes and goes throughout the day, especially at night. Is this pain likely due to anxiety, tendinitis, or a combination of both?

How much should I worry about COVID transmission from entering a room where a potentially infected person has been, specifically in public restrooms or restaurants when picking up take-out? I live in the Northeastern US, which currently has low COVID numbers.

My sister is experiencing a distended lower stomach, belching, and severe pain that started yesterday but has worsened today. The pain is achy and stabbing, constant, and is somewhat alleviated by heat and medication. She has no appetite and can hardly walk. She recently had a marina inserted three months ago. What could be causing this and what should be done?
