My chin and under my tongue on both sides feel uncomfortable, tight, and almost achy. It feels like my tongue isn't sitting properly in my mouth when my mouth is at rest. I have no symptoms when I sleep or eat, but all other times, my upper neck/chin area and sides of tongue feel strange. I have been having some gas issues as well; my doctor prescribed Prevacid and thought it might be reflux, but other than occasional burps that relieve the sensation momentarily, it is almost always there. Could this be sinus related?

I had unprotected oral sex 135 days ago and 35 days ago. I tested negative for HIV at 125, 129, 135, and 35 days post-exposure. However, I developed a bad cough, sore throat, cold sore, mild thrush in the mouth, blemishes on my face, and a white film on my tongue with small white lines on my inner cheeks. I'm incredibly nervous and experiencing high stress and anxiety. Could this be HIV, and what should I do?

The skin on my scrotum is very red, painful, and tender, making it difficult to walk due to rubbing against underwear. I have been dealing with this for the last two days and have noticed no other changes to my skin or nails. I am 56 years old and recently used a soap that I don't normally use, wondering if I am reacting to that. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My wife wants to get pregnant. I had a high-risk exposure with an HIV-positive person. My 10-week HIV test was negative, and I am going to get the 3-month test done. If that is also negative, can we go ahead with the pregnancy without any fear that my wife may get infected from me?

I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma 18 months ago. Recently, lumps appeared under my arms and neck, grew quickly, and then reduced in size. I've had scans, a fine needle biopsy, a PET scan, and a lymph node removed for biopsy. Could this be a mistaken diagnosis?
