My COPD is acting up, I’m coughing up light green phlegm and the cough has been constant since I got to Barcelona on Monday. I have taken a Covid19 test today and it is negative. I have a wet cough with a lot of phlegm, especially at night, and my nose keeps running. I brought an over-the-counter Mucinex and use a Bretix inhaler. I am 77 years old and have COPD from smoking for over 50 years. What should I do?

My son, who is almost 3 years old, has had a constant cough since yesterday. It's a mix between dry and wet, with some nasal congestion and phlegm. He has a history of acute persistent asthma and was prescribed an albuterol inhaler, which helped in the afternoon but is not helping now. What should we do?

I have been experiencing sharp, stabbing abdominal pain in the top right quadrant, right below the rib cage, for the past three days. The pain is consistent, painful when pressed, and worsens when breathing or lying down. I have tried Tylenol but it has not provided relief. I am an 18-year-old male and have not noticed any nausea, bloating, or changes in stool. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have lower back pain that travels around my left hip to my abdomen. The pain started about two months ago and is getting worse. It is a deep, dull, achy pain that worsens when it travels around my left hip and is dull when it continues to my lower stomach. I am 62 years old and taking Gabapentin, lisinopril, Metaprolol, metformin, and eliquis. I have had four back surgeries, including a fusion, within the last two years. My recent X-ray showed moderate multilevel degenerative changes of the lumbar spine, disc degeneration at L3-L4, and postsurgical changes from L4-S1 anterior spinal fusion with no radiographic evidence of hardware complication. I seem to be urinating more often and have some insomnia. What could be causing this pain, and what treatments or further investigations are recommended?

My husband, aged 67, tested positive for Covid and is experiencing unbearable back pain, especially when lying down. He prefers not to take painkillers or relaxants. Are there any simple exercises or techniques to ease the tension in his back muscles?
