My wife has had intermittent pain in her abdomen area for several weeks now. Sometimes it's excruciating and then it eases for a day or two and then comes back and is pretty bad. She's also experiencing some dizziness but not sure it's related to the ab pain. She thinks it's a gall bladder issue but has not had an ultrasound to check. What do you think?

I have shortness of breath and chest pain, and my recent echocardiogram shows hypokinesis in the apex and apical lateral wall, along with increased trabeculation in the apex. I had a stress test last year with an ejection fraction of 43%, but my recent echo indicates a normal ejection fraction. Is it possible for my ejection fraction to return to normal, and what could be causing my symptoms?
