My dad, who has a pacemaker and is 80 years old, has been experiencing harder breathing when walking or exerting himself, though his breathing is normal when sitting. He has seen his primary doctor for this issue, but I am concerned that the doctor may not have fully addressed the problem. Should I press for him to see his cardiologist instead of continuing with his primary doctor?
