I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 months and recently experienced leg numbness and severe lower right back pain that has worsened over the last week, making it impossible to sleep. The pain is constant and throbbing down my leg. I'm 45 years old and taking Tylenol and Aleve, but they are not helping. I can't take ibuprofen. I fell a year ago, and the chiropractor mentioned working with scar tissue. My only other medical history is a gastric sleeve procedure 4 years ago. What could be causing this severe pain, and what should I do?

I blow my nose and blood is coming out, and I bleed every time I have sex. The bleeding has been stable since February 22. I had a paragard IUD removed on February 14 and a Nexplanon implant removed on February 22. I am 21 years old, healthy, and not currently using any medications. I have only had one partner in the last five months, who was STD checked in January, and I am not pregnant. I do get bruises, and the bleeding from my nose is not heavy, but more of old/new blood comes out during sex, which I notice afterward. Should I be concerned enough to see a doctor?

I experience bloating on my left side after eating bread or pasta, and I've had muscle twitches and spasms for years. I've had numerous tests, including EMGs, which all came back normal. My doctor says I'm 100% okay, but I suffer from severe health anxiety and am worried about serious conditions like cancer or ALS. What should I do to address these symptoms and my anxiety?
