My daughter has been diagnosed with anxiety, OCD, possibly bipolar 2, and an underlying eating disorder. She is currently taking 2 mg of Abilify to help with her racing thoughts, anxiety, and depersonalization. However, after taking 1 mg of Abilify, she experienced nightmares, restless leg, leg cramps, racing heart, increased anxiety, sweating, insomnia, and numbness in her legs. Is this normal at such a low dose, and should she continue taking Abilify or try a different antidepressant like Luvox or Cymbalta?

I got a gunshot 12 years ago in the thigh left leg, where a 40 caliber bullet went in the back of the leg and came out the front. Over the years, I've had problems including pain, numbness in my foot, and a lack of control over my foot, which flops down when I don't have shoes on. The pain in my leg and foot is often severe, and sometimes I feel pain in my penis. What type of injury would you call this, and what seems to make the symptoms worse or better?

Why does my blood pressure increase when my pulse is lower, around 62, while it remains normal or near normal when my pulse is 73? I had aortic valve replacement last January and was taken off my blood pressure medication candesartan and put on a beta blocker. I came off the beta blocker in November and went back on candesartan 16mg twice a day, but now my pulse is much higher.

I am experiencing stomach issues, headaches from sinuses, and stress due to work, the loss of my dog, and the death of an uncle. I also had to take antibiotics for an illness. My stomach is cramping, and I have had loose stools. I am worried about these physical manifestations and whether they are a result of all this stress. Will these symptoms subside?

My husband, who had two mini strokes six years ago and had a 99% coroded artery cleaned out, is now experiencing symptoms such as falling, forgetting things, frequent urination, and an altered gait. He refuses to let me call an ambulance. What should I do?

I had a procedure in May 2017 that resulted in anxiety due to the uncertainty of my condition. My urologist stated that I am 99.99999% cured with a 99.99999% chance of no recurrence in the kidney or anywhere else. I am concerned about this and want to know if it will interfere with my normal lifespan. Additionally, I want to understand the chances of developing another cancer elsewhere in my lifetime, the risk of spread or metastasis, and the necessity of follow-up tests. Is there anything to be concerned about, and am I worrying over nothing?
