My ex-boyfriend told me his brother makes $3000 per week as a cab driver in the USA, and I'm not sure whether to believe this or not. I suspect they might be involved in drug dealing due to my ex's connections with bikie friends and his security job. Can anyone tell me if I'm on the right track?

I have been experiencing irritation in my esophagus, particularly in the upper pharynx region, which has worsened over the past two weeks. I suspect it might be related to swallowing a Zyrtec tablet without water and lying down, as this was the first time I noticed the sensation. I have a history of mild reflux and sore throats, but no traditional GERD symptoms. I eat a low-acid diet and have stopped drinking coffee. I am concerned about potential irritation from the pill or worsening of my symptoms. What could be causing this irritation, and what steps can I take to alleviate it?

I have a sharp pain in the middle of my back, rated at 12 on a scale of 1-10, which hurts more when I breathe in. The pain started 3 days ago and has been getting worse, with waves of increased intensity. I've been using ice and heat, and I took muscle relaxers 12 hours ago. I'm a 25-year-old female with no significant past illnesses, and I'm experiencing shortness of breath. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

Two weeks ago, my right tonsil was swollen and covered in white patches, which was diagnosed as tonsillitis and treated with azithromycin. However, I experienced severe side effects including panic, fast heartbeat, and stomach cramps, leading me to stop the medication. Despite this, the white patches have mostly cleared, but I now feel hoarse and my left tonsil may be swelling again. Additionally, I feel like my voice is strained from teaching while sick. Could this be a recurrence of the infection, potential damage to my vocal chords, or something more serious like quinsy? Also, since I had a rash as a child from penicillin, is it safe for me to take amoxicillin now?
