I’m having an issue with my throat and ear pain. It started in October, and I’ve been to the ENT, but my issue hasn’t resolved. I’m concerned that my symptoms align with throat or mouth cancer. I have lumps in the back of my throat, a feeling of something stuck, and soreness. My right ear also hurts. I’ve had an MRI and CT scan, both showing normal results. I’ve been taking Prilosec for silent GERD, but it isn’t improving. Should I be concerned about cancer, and how long until I should expect Prilosec to help?
