My father had an epidural hematoma which started with a massive nosebleed and after surgery left him paralyzed. He had no nosebleeds for 18 months, but then they started again, with three in 10 days. His blood pressure is fairly normal at 130/80, and his INR level is believed to be normal. We are concerned about the recurrence of nosebleeds and the presence of phlegm and blood in his chest that he coughs out regularly. What tests should be done?
