I feel strange with a light squeeze sensation, lightheadedness, and elevated blood pressure (148/90), pulse (106), and glucose levels (131-208). I am currently taking several medications including Glyburide, Metformin, Oxybutin, Metropolol, Amlodipine, Farxiga, and Ezetimibe. My tinnitus is better with the TMJ treatment but I feel that the tinnitus has moved from my ear to my head. Can you tell me more about it, why does it move? Is it on its way to stopping because of the TMJ? Trying to understand why it moved. It does sound quieter as it moved but I’m trying to get if it’s a good thing or not. Do you think I need any meds for the excitability of the neurons or no need? I guess vitamins do the same?

I have 2 ulcers that have been present for 3 to 4 months. They are very constant, do not hurt, and I am not using any medications. The ulcers have been stable. I am 42 years old and have no other medical history that might be relevant. The ulcers are located 'down below' and I am female. I have tried antifungal cream without success. What could these ulcers be and what should I do?
