My fiancée has been experiencing food poisoning symptoms since Monday evening, likely from watermelon or tomato soup. She has been vomiting frequently and is generally uncomfortable. She managed to keep down ice chips, Sprite, and some broth yesterday, but she started vomiting again an hour ago and cannot keep even ice chips down. I'm concerned about her hydration and the fact that the symptoms haven't resolved after 24 hours. What should we do at this point?

Can my daughter have a fever of 100.2°F on her 7th day after receiving vaccines (polio, MMR, DTaP, chickenpox, and flu)? She is 4 years old. The doctor initially suspected strep throat based on clinical observation but the test came back negative. The culture test has been pending for 4 days. Can antibiotics affect the efficacy of the vaccines, and do any of the vaccines contain bacteria? Should she take the shots again if she had antibiotics?

Our friend has a large bump on her leg that is red, the size of a sand dollar, warm to the touch, with a raw center, and getting worse over 2-3 days. It has a big bump under the skin that seems to have pus in it and is tender to the touch but does not itch. She takes thyroid medicine and metropolo, has a genetic skin disease called Halle Halle, and has had her thyroid removed. Should we go to a doctor or a pharmacy, and if itâs a doctor, where can we do that? We are in Quebec City, Canada, and are from North Carolina in the US.

Is it normal to throw up after every injection of Ozempic? I have been on 1mg for weight loss for about 6 weeks and inject on Thursdays. Every Friday night I end up vomiting pretty hard and once itâs out Iâm okay and rarely get nauseous through the week. Itâs like clockwork.
