My finger is swollen and won’t go down, and my bone hurts constantly for the past 3 months, especially during winter. The pain is achy and sometimes feels like pins and needles. I’m 16 years old, on Adco-etoricoxib 90mg, and have a gluten intolerance, nut allergy, and am anemic. I also experience stiffness in my spine and shoulders. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

If I had Transverse Myelitis from the flu vaccine, can I get the Covid vaccine? I am 59 years old, not on any medications, and have not had the flu shot in about 12 years due to the reaction I had. I am located in Hebron CT, where COVID-19 is not widespread at this time. I teach and will be back in the classroom with larger class sizes come September, so I feel I may be at more risk from COVID itself.

I felt a throbbing, slight pain in the left side of my chest (inside) twice yesterday, once while working on my computer and then an hour later during a workout. Does this sound concerning? The pain was very fleeting but noticeable.
