My fingers have turned blue, primarily in the left but also in the right, for a couple of hours now. This is the second time in as many weeks. Last time, a trip to the ER resulted in a diagnosis of hypoglycemia. I've been carefully watching my diet, am not overweight, exercise, and generally healthy. Six weeks ago, I started low-dose thyroid hormone replacement Levothyroxine .05mg for a gradually declining thyroid. I am a 46-year-old female. What could be causing this and what should I do?
