I am a 27-year-old female experiencing constant pain in my right upper abdomen. An ultrasound was clear, but a HIDA scan showed my gallbladder functioning at 35%. My surgeon doesn't recommend removal because it's not below 30%, and suggests an EGD or waiting a month. I don't want to be in pain anymore. Should I get a second opinion or spend more time and money looking for another problem?
