We've had a Tempurpedic mattress for 8 months and it's been very comfortable. However, after moving last week, my wife has been experiencing a stiff back all day, difficulty bending over, and lower back pain when looking down and using her neck muscles. We're wondering if the change in temperature affected the mattress's comfort, causing her back stiffness, or if she might have injured her back during the move. Could this be a pulled muscle, stiff back, or something more serious? She primarily complains of pain in her lower back when getting up from a sitting position or using her neck muscles, like when looking down.

I have a lump on the right side of my throat about 2cm wide and 4 cm tall. It appears to be migrating down to my collarbone. My TSH was slightly elevated at 7.1 (reference range 0.35-5.5) and Anti Thyroid Peroxidase is 787 IU/ml (reference range <35). Should I be alarmed by the movement of the lump?
