My five-year-old grandson got vaccines yesterday morning and has been running a 100°F fever for the past eighteen hours, vomited last night, and hasn't eaten since yesterday afternoon. He also has chills and is lethargic, but no cough or pre-existing respiratory conditions. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Hi, I have bursitis in my left hip that isn't getting any better with ice or paracetamol. I’ve had it for about 4 days now and it's getting worse. I'm also getting pins and needles in my leg. I've had it before in my right hip, so I know what it is. Has bursitis been stable or getting worse? Has paracetamol helped at all? What's your dosage? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I am pretty sure I have an autoimmune disease but I feel like I’m just falling through the cracks in the Canadian healthcare system. Here is the history - multiple pneumothoraces from 15-23, multiple lung surgeries, nerve pain leading to hospitalizations, recurring Covid infections causing cytokine storms and pneumonia, and various debilitating symptoms including swollen lymph nodes, temperature control issues, mouth peeling, cankers, chills, body aches, joint pain, dry mouth and eyes, stuffy nose, nose sores, random rashes, a seizure, irregular heavy periods with clots, positive ANA with a nucleolar pattern, high thyroid antibodies, low lymphocytes and iron, and a pituitary tumor. Most symptoms improve with prednisone. How can I get healthcare professionals to take my symptoms seriously and what further tests or treatments should I pursue?
