My sister-in-law's husband went from being a fully functioning construction manager to someone who can't speak, understand, use the bathroom, or seem to know what is going on. He was admitted and then discharged from the hospital due to the overload of coronavirus cases. He is in Alaska, where coronavirus is widespread, but he has tested negative multiple times. I have been experiencing irritation on the head that is annoying most of the day for the past 4 weeks. There is no STD, tests are fine, no pain, no waking up at night, and no burning when urinating. The irritation is on and off. I have tried tacrolimus, clobetasol, and doxycycline, but neither my dermatologist, primary care physician, nor urologist has provided an answer. One idea is 'dysesthesia,' unexplained irritation and sensitivity. Is there anything else I can try?
