My gastroenterologist wants me to take 2 Dulcolax tablets followed by a whole 10 oz bottle of magnesium citrate half an hour later to clear out stool buildup in my colon. Is this combination of laxatives safe, and how can I stay hydrated during this process?

I had a leukemia/lymphoma blood test and it came back negative. I was feeling unwell with night sweats, so my primary care physician sent me to an oncologist as a precaution. All my other blood work came back normal. I also had a hysterectomy in September and had chest x-rays and CT scans in the past few months that were normal. I wanted to know how accurate the leukemia/lymphoma blood test is and if there's anything else I should be concerned about.
