I am staying in Greece to recover from a spinal decompression performed in the UK on August 8th. I have discovered my blood pressure is extremely high, reading 16 over 10 in Greek units. I am not due back in the UK until November 20th. I currently take Irbesartan/HClthiazide 300/12.5 to control my blood pressure. Could you suggest anything?

I have Meniere's Disease which causes motion sickness. For years I have used Marezine tablets which are now not available. I am looking for an alternative tablet. Jeffrey Himmel from Himmel Group recommended the use of Dramamine tablets. If you do not have this tablet, can you tell me where I can obtain them?

I recently developed a rash that started as hives on my arms and legs, which are now mostly gone except on my legs. I noticed blotchiness on my neck and breasts, and I suspect it might be due to starting MSM supplements for hair growth. Should I wait for the rash to clear up on its own or should I see a doctor?

I am having problems with my throat itching. I was prescribed Azelastine HCI Nasal Solution as an antihistamine. Is it okay to take Zyrtec in addition to this? Should I consult a Pulmonary specialist about the MAC antibiotic regimen?

I was prescribed ciprofloxacin by my doctor a couple of months ago to treat a bacterial infection affecting my prostate, which was causing discomfort and difficulty in sustaining an erection. I stopped taking it after a week because I thought the problem was fixed. Now, I want to know if taking ciprofloxacin twice a day for two weeks will still address the issue.
