Sometimes when I touch this area, I can feel a tendon or lymph node and get a pain when I touch it, along with sometimes a shooting pain. Most of the time, I'm not even putting too much pressure, but I still get either an ache or shooting pain. Should I be concerned?

I am experiencing symptoms of Addison's disease, including excessive thirst, sudden weight loss, and low blood sodium levels despite taking sodium chloride tablets. I have been to the ER multiple times this week with normal vital signs, and my recent thyroid labs show a TSH of 5.910. I have a history of hypothyroidism and have recently stopped taking an adrenal/thyroid glandular supplement. I am concerned about an Addison's crisis and need guidance on whether the doctor can help and/or prescribe medication if needed.

Is it safe to take B5 (pantothenic acid) if I was found to be 129% deficient, and what dosage should I take to raise my levels?

I had a complicated knee surgery about a year ago which repaired my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. After being cleared to play basketball again, my knee swelled up and became stiff after a week of practice. The swelling has been constant but has gone down in the past two days. My knee is tender and painful when stretched to full range of motion. I took Tylenol this morning and ibuprofen yesterday. I am a female and have a history of swelling after weather changes, especially during cold or rainy conditions. Should I play in a game on Saturday, and what could be causing the swelling and pain?

You mentioned that a mass less than 5mm is usually non-cancerous, but hers is 3.3 cm. Can you clarify the difference between mm and cm and explain the risk of malignancy for a 3.3 cm mass?
