My stomach hurts in the middle. The pain is pretty constant, dull, and achy. I feel nauseated and had a hip replacement surgery a week ago, where I stopped pain meds. I had my appendix removed. What could be causing the pain and what should I do?

I swallowed a piece of chicken around 4 pm and it got stuck in my throat. I have been unable to swallow since then, can't keep down even sips of liquids, and have been drooling and regurgitating. My breathing is not compromised but I can't take meds. Do I need to go to the ER?
