I'm 54 years old and have been in menopause for 2-3 years. I had gastric sleeve surgery last year and have lost 100 lbs so far. Yesterday, I noticed a bit of brownish pink discharge and this morning I'm having cramping and there was a lot more discharge, feeling like I'm on my period. Is this normal, and could it be old slough off from hormone changes and all the weight loss?

Could I have a blood clot? There is a stinging burning feeling on the inside of my left arm just above the elbow. There seems to be some swelling, and it has been sore to the touch not noticed until this morning. I had the same prickly burning feeling last night on my left knee on the outside and just above the knee. It is a little tender today, still.

My last period was in April, and I tested negative for HIV and other STDs in early April, but I have a current UTI with pus cells in my urine. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
