My husband is experiencing vomiting, bloating, and now diarrhea for almost two weeks. He is 39 years old with a history of high blood pressure but no other medical issues. He has not taken any medication for these symptoms and is otherwise fine throughout the day until suddenly having to throw up. Should we seek urgent medical attention, or can this wait for a regular doctor's appointment?

I have a strange bump in the back of my throat that I've had for 3 weeks. I've tried antifungal medicine, which made my tongue fuzzy, so I stopped. I've also used saline rinses. I'm an occasional smoker and am concerned it could be oral cancer. What could this bump be, and is there anything I can do to help it heal more quickly?

Last two nights after eating, I experienced diarrhea. How many bowel movements did you have, and how are you feeling now?

When having intercourse, I can't cum, but when I'm just masturbating, I can cum. What's going on?

My husband has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and is currently taking 1200mg of lithium and 20mg of latuda. He has been on latuda for 3 1/2 weeks but shows no improvement. He also takes an antihistamine, Olopatadine, several times a day. I'm concerned about the effectiveness of his medications and how they interact. Additionally, I'm unsure about the requirement to consume 350 calories with latuda for proper absorption. Can you explain how this works and if it's okay to take latuda and lithium together, and with food?

My blood test showed my ferritin level as 258. My doctor did not seem concerned as all other results were normal range. I have been diagnosed with a small pericardial effusion and also have arthritic disc and fingers. I'm wondering if this could be due to rheumatoid arthritis or should I not be concerned?
