My husband is having dreams that he thinks are real, affecting our life. He believes men at work are teaming up to beat him and that all his friends want me (his wife). He recently confessed to cheating on me, and since then, his behavior has become more erratic. He doesn't sleep much and has plenty of energy. He also believes he was fired from work, which isn't true. What is wrong with him, and what can be done to help him, especially since he doesn't have insurance?

I have a skin rash that started about 2 weeks ago and has been spreading and worsening. It covers the inner thighs, vagina, buttocks, and has spread to the stomach, arms, and under the breast. The rash is dry, circular patches and larger patches that are red, very dry, and scaly. It is itchy but not swollen. I have been using antifungal creams and a moisturizing eczema lotion, but it doesn't seem to improve. I did a swab test that showed high growth of both good and bad bacteria, possibly candida, but the rash is not responding to the antifungal treatment. What could be causing this rash and what else can I try?

I took a couple of knocks to one of my testicles and it's swollen up. I normally have larger than average testicles anyway and because it's swollen it's causing me some discomfort. Should I be worried?
