I have been experiencing unexplained weight loss since August, despite eating more and including healthy fat foods in my diet. I've been noticing large areas of bruising across my lower back without any injuries. I'm experiencing long purplish-blue bruises that have been going on for weeks with no pain. I'm 38, female, and currently taking 400 mg Tegretol 2x per day along with 500 mg Keppra 2x a day. I had a ruptured disc removed several years ago between my L5 and S1 vertebrae, but I've been fine since the surgery. Could this be related to my medications or medical history?

I just got a swollen lump between my anus and testicles, more to my left side. It is about 1.5 inches long, starting around the left side of my anus and ending where my left testicle is. There is no pain to the touch but a little pain when walking. I also have small internal hemorrhoids. What could this lump be, and what should I do about it?
