I took two 200mg Advil, one at 10am and the other at 5pm, 0.5mg Ativan at noon, and plan to take the other 0.5mg Ativan at 10pm. I also take 81mg baby aspirin at night. Is it safe to take all of them even though they are taken at different times, considering I have arthritis, anxiety, and previously had chest pain? Additionally, how long does 1mg of lorazepam stay in the system, and is it safe to drink one or two glasses of wine tonight after taking 1mg of lorazepam yesterday?

I had a thyroidectomy on 1/27/17 for PTC. My TSH levels have been fluctuating: 0.82 on 1/27, 14.33 on 3/9, 11.230 on 8/1, and 15.71 on 8/26. My T3 Uptake is 35%, T4 Total is 6.9 mcg/dL, and Free T4 index is 2.4. I started with LEVO 125 to 137 to 150 and was changed to 175 on 8/31. Is this considered hypothyroidism?

I was an unrestrained driver in a head-on car accident on September 1st. X-rays of my right arm, wrist, and shoulder showed no breaks or fractures, but my pain has continuously worsened in my right shoulder with burning sensations radiating down my arm and intermittent numbness. I have no range of motion without exacerbating these symptoms. I'm concerned about potential internal damage to tissues or my rotator cuff due to the increasing severity of pain and burning. What could be causing this and what should I do?
