My husband was diagnosed with malignant T-cell lymphoma two weeks ago and has not started treatment yet. The CT scan showed 10 tumors in the liver and one large tumor in the abdomen. What is the best treatment for this condition, and what are the survival rates?

Hello Doctor(s), I am currently taking Actos, Januvia, and Glimepiride by mouth, and Lantus at night. I am experiencing severe weight gain. What would you think of just adding 'R' that I can get over the counter when my sugars are out of control? Or just go on straight insulin instead of pills. It is Type 2 that I have. I just feel out of control with all the horrible possibilities and negative family history working against me. Lap band surgery?
