My husband was hospitalized after tearing his right carotid artery (2cm dissection) from self-adjusting his neck. He was diagnosed with CVA, treated with IV Heparin, ASA, and Coumadin, and discharged on Coumadin 5mg qd and ASA 81mg qd. His INR has been fluctuating, and he is currently on an alternating regimen of 7.5mg and 10mg of Coumadin. How should we proceed with his Coumadin therapy, and what are the risks and recovery timeline for his condition, including the possibility of another TIA, flying on airplanes, physical limitations, and potential side effects like hair thinning and headaches?

I recently had a random drug screen that came back as diluted due to an abnormally low creatinine level. I was further tested at a hospital, which also indicated the same issue. I have been experiencing severe itching, nausea, and fatigue, along with blood in my urine. I have also had surgery to remove ovarian cysts and have been urinating only about three times a day. Does this sound like I am having kidney problems, and what could be causing the failed drug screens?

Since my testosterone injections produce extreme sensitivity and heightened desire in the scrotum and testicles, should I continue having shots every other week? I also have a history of surgery (open heart) for congestive heart failure and have experienced significant health improvements since starting the injections and a personal training regimen.

I have pain in my lower back and sides, which worsens when I eat. My blood tests were normal, but I sometimes have a low-grade fever and nausea. I have circular sores that scale over with white dead cells, ranging from the size of peas to silver dollars, located on various parts of my body, with the most concentrated and severe ones on my buttocks. They slowly become flaky and peel off. I also have a wart-like sore on my knee with a cauliflower surface that bleeds easily when scraped. What are these sores?
